Loaded Protein Bites
2 c. old fashioned, rolled oats½ c. unsweetened, shredded coconut¼ c. hemp seed hearts¼ c. golden flaxseed meal¼ c. chia seeds1/3 c. almond protein powder½ teaspoon salt½ c. creamy peanut butter½ c. honey2 tablespoons coconut oil In a medium mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and stir.
In a microwave safe container add the peanut butter, honey & coconut oil. Microwave for about 45 seconds or until it is melted & can be incorporated together.
Add the peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir well.
Using a 1 tablespoon spoon measure out the mixture into your hands. Roll and form into balls.
Store in an air tight container for 3-5 days.
